From over 10 years in digital technology & business branding, I have been through a long story of trials and errors, successes and failures. Doing the best of us is not enough to earn the success out of the game we play. It is no matter how much the client pay, it is all about collaboration between us and the client especially the project owners. Hierarchy and bureaucracy are always the key factor for all the failures.
We, as a success-oriented company need to do something about it. We are now up for a flat against hierarchy team, value based pricing instead of fix-rate contract, our team instead of my team and your team. The goal is possess something called “Success as a team” . There will be no more clients and contractors roles in the relationship.
The company will work in a partnership based environment which means it will consist of re-defining the roles between us and all of our client portfolios. The company as a contractor role will be discontinue. More of the power will be transferred to creating a success WIN-WIN partnership in each potential clients. Clients will no longer be clients, clients will become our partners and friends for life.
